The culmination of the development of an architectural project is the visualization of your future home, a kind of insight into the dimension created by the architect's imagination, which allows you to see your future home in all its glory long before the end of construction work
COMPOSITION AND CONTENT OF DOCUMENTATION
A sketch of the intentions to develop the land plot shall contain:
1. Situation plan (scheme) on the location of the land plot
2. Scheme of the location of the urban development object and the land plot with the applied urban planning restrictions M1:2000
3. Scheme of the master plan, made on the updated topographic and geodetic survey M 1:500, with the applied restrictions, in paper and digital form (DMF, DWG, DXF formats) on electronic media with reference to the local coordinate system of the contours of the land plot of the projected objects and with a printout of their coordinates made by an organization that has the appropriate license (provided by the customer).
The drawing of the master plan scheme shall contain the following information
- percentage of land plot development,
- setbacks of the building/structure from the boundaries of the land plot on which the facility is designed,
- setbacks of the building/structure from adjacent buildings,
- setbacks from the design object to red lines and building regulation lines,
- main technical and economic indicators,
- elements of landscaping on the land plot,
- organization of entrances to the building/structure,
- sanitary protection zones from underground and open water sources, water intake and water treatment facilities, water pipelines, recreational facilities, etc,
- protection zones for cultural heritage monuments, archaeological sites, and the historical area of the settlement,
- coastal protection zones, water protection zones,
- other protection zones.
4. Facades of buildings and structures with elevation marks, drawn in color, with accurate information on facade finishes in the facade finishes list.
5. Floor plans.
6. Roof plan.
7. Sections.
8. Demonstration materials: visualization, layout, etc. (spatial solution of the object in the existing urban environment).
