House Project "CLIO"
The Clio house plan is a one-story single-family house with an attic, a usable area of 3207 sq.ft., designed for a family of 4-6 people. The house is topped with a 35-degree hipped roof. The architecture of the Clio house is modern and combines the traditional form with a sloping roof with attractive architectural details. The Clio house design can be implemented on a plot with minimum dimensions of 91' 86'' x 66' 92''. "Clio" - designs the building body The shape of the structure is planned in the form of a "T" - the attic is covered with an "L" roof, and the roof fragments above the garage, the entrance area and the terrace were covered with additional flat roofs. The facades of the building have horizontal strip partitions of various colors and materials. Below we have glazing, then lintels crowning the first floor, and finally the attic strip with knee walls and a roof. Large windows opening the interior of the house to the garden and the wall cladding made of architectural concrete and wood are undoubtedly a decoration of the building and emphasize its modern character. Interior of the Clio house plan The interior of the Clio single-family house was divided into a living area with an open living room with an opening - a void with a mezzanine in the attic, a utility part of the building - with a garage and utility rooms and two-room parts: on the ground floor, with a parents' bedroom and an additional room, with two or three bedrooms in the attic. The finished design of the Clio house has a very flexible functional program - it can be used in different ways. You can live only on the ground floor or design the entire interior of the building. The house can "grow" and change according to the needs of the household. On the ground floor we have a beautiful living room with a dining room. The lounge furniture, centrally located in the living room, is oriented towards the TV wall and the fireplace, which together with the stairs is the decoration of the interior. The living room opens onto a terrace, partially covered by a pergola with a large arcade. In front we go to the kitchen with a pantry, open to the living room and the street. To the left of the representative vestibule with a wardrobe we go to the garage, boiler room and laundry room. In the part behind the stairs we have the parent's apartment with a bedroom, wardrobes and a bathroom, open to the terrace, and an additional room-study or bedroom. There are additional bedrooms in the attic of the building. Thanks to the optimized shape, the construction costs of the Clio construction project are low. The design of the Clio single-family house is undoubtedly a villa for people who like modern architecture that stands out among the surrounding buildings without expression. With its shape, silhouette and details, Clio tries to reflect the modern and uncompromising character and lifestyle of the future members of the household.
